Meet Habib Ullah Ghilzai (Assistant Secretary in the Board of Revenue B-17) and his success story.
Today I have the honor to write you a tragedy is exactly fitted on this man of crises named Habib Ullah Ghilzai who became orphan at the age of 7 when he was in class three.After the demise of his father he completed his matriculation due to the kindness and greatness of Private School Principal who did concession with him.At this critical juncture , Habib Ullah Ghilzai started home tuitions as well as private teaching on the basis of matric level in order to afford the expenses of his home and his college books cum admission fee.This process continued till to graduation.After graduation Habib Ullah Ghilzai could not convert his dream of doing Master Degree as a regular from the high standard universities of Pakistan because he was the sole person to earn bread and butter for his family.That is why he did private Master Degree with flying colours.In 2016 he started apply for various posts in BPSC,FPSC, BTS, PTS And NTS.He passed 13 different competitive tests named

@ Assistant Registrar Cooperative Society through BPSC
@ Development Officer through BPSC
@ Assistant Security Officer in Balochistan Assembly through BPSC
@ Assistant Secretary in Board of Revenue through BPSC
@ JET Teacher through NTS
@ Political Science Lectureship through FPSC
@ Urdu Lectureship in BRC Zhob through BTS
@ Assistant Director Quetta Development Authority through PTS
@ Monitoring and Evaluation Officer through BPSC
@ Registration Officer in Directorate Industries through BPSC
@ Speech Writer in Balochistan Assembly through BPSC
@ Patrol Officer through FPSC
Out of these 13 written tests he did not select 8 times in interview i.e for the final list but he did not lose hope,courage and determination because he was aware of the fact that Success is the name of going from one failure to another failure with no loss of enthusiasm.In his 9th interview on 17th September 2018 he appeared in the interview of Assistant Secretary in Board of Revenue (B-17 ) and this time the goddess of luck smiled on him and finally he carried the day.Now he is Assistant Secretary in the Board of Revenue in Quetta Secretrate and soon he will assume the charge.
The story of Habib Ullah Ghilzai gives us the lesson that poverty, penury and failures cannot prevent anyone from translating his dreams into reality if he has courage, spunk and enthusiasm because when life gives you lemons make a lemonade like AS Habib Ullah Ghilzai....! — with Habib Ullah Ghilzai.
